The Cake Detective Charitable Trust started by one of our parents is running a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds to ensure they can continue their important mahi.

The Cake Detective donates birthday cakes to kids in the Waikato going through hardship. They work with a range of social agencies supporting those impacted by illness, poverty, hardship, abuse and trauma. These cakes mean more than just ingredients thrown together; they are about taking a moment to celebrate a child, to ensure they feel loved and special. For some it is the first cake they have ever received.
