As part of our Māori whakatauki (proverb) Whiria te tāngata (weave the people together) we have a Welcome wall on our gymnasium doors to represent the wonderful multicultural composition of our school.
Currently we have the welcome words (as shown in the image) in a variety of languages (we are creating a supporting visual to show which countries these are from)
We are keen to add to our wall to ensure that the nationalities of our families are represented. If your country/welcome is not shown below, please feel free to email Melissa melissa@teaomarama.school.nz with the information to add. We will then have the words made and added.
