Welcome back to Term 2. After a very successful first term at our new school, we are looking forward to a great range of events, activities, learning and fun!

Over the term break we installed new traffic calming safety measures in our carpark.

We are looking for a special person to join our team.

We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting John Parsons on Tuesday 21st May.

This month our school has a focus on wellbeing and safety, which are always priorities for our staff and board of trustees. Please see information below regarding what we are doing to support our students.

We will be sending our next uniform order to Kukri during Week 3; cut off for orders is Tuesday 14th May.

It is great to be part of our local Community of Learning (Te Pae Here) and be involved in this wonderful pilot programme with Sport Waikato and Sport NZ. Check out the article and video (featuring our staff and students) filmed here at Te Ao Mārama School!

To be held at the Hillcrest High School Auditorium on Thursday the 16th of May 2019 from 7pm.

Our school is the base for a new dance programme, with dance classes after school on Thursdays 3.30-5.30pmand also on Saturdays 9.00-11.00am.

Excite Music and Arts Academy are now offering classes in Music, Vocals, Musical Theatre, and Speech and Drama onsite at Te Ao Mārama School!

Lessons are held on Tuesdays during school time for groups of 5-6 students. The 30 minute lessons cover a wide variety of styles and are designed to provide a well-rounded and solid start to the guitar for beginners. Plus, they’re heaps of fun!
