Our team recently had two staff-only days, where we focused on building relationships, growing collaboration and also schoolwide planning and focus areas.
With the doubling of our staff over the last 12 months, this is even more important. As a school we prioritise the importance of staff culture and valuing our team. If our team are supported and enjoying their roles, then in turn they are able to support our students even more. I feel truly privileged to be working with such a hardworking, passionate and fun team!
