More about Spencer:

Spencer was the Governance Facilitator for Te Ao Mārama School, supporting and guiding the school’s establishment board through setting up the school.

The governance facilitator’s contract with the Ministry of Education ended when the school and Establishment Board were fully handed over to the community elected board of trustees.

Spencer was formerly:
• Principal of Cockle Bay School, Howick, Decile 10, roll 700+
• Principal of four other schools
• Advisor Leadership and Management, Waikato University
• Education Consultant (current)
