We had a great end to the week last week with Yellow Day, supporting the Cancer Society NZ. Thank you to those who brought a gold coin donation for this worthy cause 💛

Over recent weeks we have seen increased congestion at school pick up, particularly on the rainy afternoons. Note: we are aware this is partly compounded by the designated pick up times and points under COVID Level 2.

Mahuru Māori is a challenge for each and every one of us to take up, no matter what our current level of Māori language may be. The idea is that we consciously speak more of the Māori language everyday during the month of September.

Congratulations to our Board Chairperson, Andrew Corkill - a significant & well deserved achievement.

We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting John Parsons on Monday 21st September. John will be running a parent workshop at school from 6.30pm and it is not to be missed!

(Inititally scheduled for 3rd September - postponed to 17th September).

We continue to monitor the announcements regarding COVID alert levels and at this stage our school continues to operate under Alert Levels 2 until at least Sunday 6th September.

Be prepared for a cool but not cold ice skating experience! 23rd, 24th & 25th September from 3-7pm.

We are looking for staff to join our amazing team of “out of school care” leaders.

Te Ao Mārama will be a voting site for the 2020 General Election.
