Whānau hui
On Tuesday night we were delighted to have our first whānau hui for the year. We warmly welcomed Corban Te Aika and Janina Konia who gifted the school with three Māori names. The Board of Trustees will be considering how to share this information with the community at their next board meeting on 22 August.
Strategic Planning
On Tuesday 8 August the Board spent time with Futurist Dr Cheryl Doig in working out a plan to gather information for our new Strategic Plan which will be developed for 2018. At the next board meeting they will be discussing the questions and ways to gather stakeholder information.
NED show
It was unbelieveable the number of sales for the yoyos and merchandise for the NED show. Roydvale School have created an opportunity, through this ‘pay it forward’ system for another school to have access to this show. Thank you to the PTA and Miss Keenan for the organisation around the show and merchandise.
