Thank you to Gray at Jade Software.

We went to Jade Software ẁith the business group, we went out of school and walked for 5 minutes.  Gray was waiting for us when we arrived.  Gray and Shna showed us around Jade software and told us about each part of the business and what they do. There were more than 5 groups doing different things,  it is such a big company. Jade software opened in 1978 so they have been in business for over 46 years. I was not even born then. Some people have been working at Jade software for 30 years. 

The company allows flexible working, many workers come into the office 3 days.  The employees are working so hard. There are groups or teams of people in the organisation who work on jobs like coding, designing, testing, helping, training and creating.  All the teams work from multiple screens. Gray told us that they are like a control house with over 300 devices, they make websites, work with companies overseas and they do coding. When you go into the office they have decorated them by putting up their own posters on the walls. 

Thank you JADE Software. We learned a lot of things during our visit. Everyone in your business was very nice and friendly taking time out of their work to talk to us.  If I was a member of JADE software I would like to sit on the comfy chairs. The people in the business were very clever.
