Why I joined...

I wasn’t sure about the PTA at first. I was picturing my own primary school days where my mother was always helping out at some event. However, a friend convinced me to just tag along to a meeting and see what I thought. This was where I realised I actually quite enjoyed it!

I then joined the PTA at the start of 2021 as a way of becoming more involved in what was going on in my son’s school life. I’ve met a wonderful group of people who I may not have known otherwise and am really enjoying helping to raise money to provide those extra resources for our tamariki.
