Principal Post - 9 May 2025
Welcome back to Term 2. We know many families made the most of the holiday break and you were able to spend some quality time together with family and friends. The children have come back to school excited to return and see their teachers and friends. We are well settled into the term and looking forward to our up and coming production. The tamariki are really looking forward to the disco on 23 May and we are recognising ‘Bully Free’ by wearing ‘Pink’ on Friday 16 May , you can read more about this here.
Reporting to parents
Our production coincides with our mid year interviews with caregivers / students / kaiako (teachers) so these will now be held at the start of Term 3.
Interviews will be held on Tuesday 15 July / Wednesday 16 July
Please note the statement from the MOE:
MOE parent portal
Many of our whānau ask how they can help at home. The MOE have developed a new Parent Portal
The latest episode of Melissa Chan-Green’s School Shorts podcast explains more about the portal
Cross Country
It was fabulous to see so many whānau attend our recent Cross Country. Families could enjoy and celebrate the efforts of all our tamariki in the beautiful sunshine.
Thank you to Mr Kennedy for organising the event.
