We at Te Aratai College would like to thank Apollo Projects for donating $10, 252 to our school which can be used over the next year to help reduce financial barriers for students participating in sports.

If you have someone in your family who loves sport or is interested in giving sport a go this year but may be unable to participate due to financial reasons, please feel free to fill in the form below. We at Te Aratai College have been given money to help support students participating in sports. So far we have had a 100% success rate of people applying for funds being given to them. The sport does not have to be a school sport and could include sports outside of Te Aratai College. Please apply!

To be eligible for this funding:

• The student must be a Te Aratai College student in Years 9-13

• The student has over 80% justified attendance

• The student demonstrates our ngā uara (values) a majority of the time

• The student shows interest or potential in the sport

• The student might not be able to participate due to financial or other disadvantaged circumstances

• The funding goes towards fees, equipment, support services, travel etc
