B. Rolling regional strike action

Rolling strikes are occurring nationally in the week starting Monday 17 June.  Christchurch secondary teachers will be on strike on Thursday 20 June.

With most LC teaching staff striking on Thursday 20 June, we will not be able to provide normal teaching services so the school will be officially closed for instruction on this day. The library and some supervision will be available for student-directed study, 8.45am-3pm, should you and your whānau require this. Normal school expectations, including uniform, will apply. The canteen will have a range of reduced food available for purchase. Normal school will continue on Friday 21 June.

Thank you for your understanding. Please contact the school office, ph 982 0100, if you have any questions relating to this information.

Ngā mihi
