Designing and creating a motif to decorate a simple bag or lavalava.

In Year 9 Fabric Technology we have been following the technology process to create a personalised item decorated with applique motifs designed by the students themselves. The completed projects range from "simple and striking" to really quite complex.  The latter showing an excellent understanding of planning, layering, stitching, and time management.
