Team Kāpuka were delighted to host some of the Team from Ferrymead Heritage Park.

We travelled back in time to experience life in the 1860s as an early New Zealand settler.

Our favourite parts were: We experienced what it would have been like to attend school back then, it was very strict so we think the way Te Kāpehu does it is much better! The old fashioned toys were lots of fun to play with.
