On Tuesday 29th March, Rooms 7 and 8 had the opportunity to attend a cooking class run by 'The Two Raw Sisters', Rosa and Margo.

The sisters set up a table outdoors and taught our learners about healthy, sustainable cooking using ingredients that are easy to access with lots of vegetables and complex carbohydrates for energy!

Some lucky learners were able to help cook and taste test too!

The Two Raw Sisters are working with the Life Education Trust to visit schools and strengthen positive relationships with food through understanding what foods we all need for growth and development as well as sharing preparation and cooking skills!

We hope to see our Room 7 and 8 learners coming home and sharing some of their new cooking skills with whānau!
