Riccarton Primary School is taking part in the Oderings School Garden Show.

The theme of “Into the Future” poses the question to us all “What future do you choose?” As the world’s population increases so too does our need to be sustainable.

Our learning community has supported each other to create and paint the backdrop, build the whare, grow and care for the plants in our display and prepare preserves using produce from the school garden. Learners have worked hard to bring their creations to life to demonstrate the theme “Into the Future” and to pose the question: What future do you choose? We look forward to a sustainably focussed future at Riccarton Primary.  

The Oderings School Gardens Show is open to the public from Friday 16th March to Sunday 18th March at the Woolstons Working Mens Club. 

 Families are welcome to come down and see our display on these dates.  Gold coin entry at the door.

Friday 16 March 10 am to 5 pm

Saturday 17 March 10 am to 5 pm

Sunday 18 March 10 am to 3 pm
