Paper Plate Rangoli Patterns
As part of celebrating Diwali (The festival of lights), Space 8 & 9 created some Rangoli patterns.
Rangoli is an art form that originates from India. Patterns are usually created on the floor or on a tabletop using coloured rice.
Rangoli is intended to welcome Lakshmi, the Goddess of Wealth and Good Luck as well as to welcome visitors to households.
