This term the students in Years 1-3 have been working on developing their oral language skills to present a poem to an audience with confidence and expression.

In Years 4-8 the students have been working on their informative or persuasive writing skills in order to present either a speech or an alternative presentation on a topic that they are passionate about. It has been wonderful to walk through the classes and see all of the students so engaged, focused and passionate!

All of this hard work has culminated into inclass and inter year group competitions. From this students from each year group will be selected to present at our "I've got something to say" presentation evening 2017. This is being held on Tuesday 11th April, at 6.30pm in our school hall. If your child is selected to present at this evening they will receive a letter from their class teacher on Monday 3rd April.
