On Monday 7 May, Team Harakeke were lucky enough to visit the Trampoline Park 'Flip Out', and show how we are Respectful, Responsible, Real Learners!!!

We were able to practise the following Key Competencies: 

· Thinking

 · Relating to others

 · Managing self

 · Participating and contributing

 We also enjoyed showing our RPS Values of Self Discipline, Perseverance and Fun!!

 'Flip Out' Trampoline Park was the perfect destination for a school trip!! 

The indoor trampoline park has a main arena, kids arena, parkour/freerunning area, foam pit, tricking area, wall trampolines and air tracks tumble strips. 

Some of us were even lucky enough to have a turn at the laser tag!!

Flip Out!! by Kapereira Earl-Emery

Oh my goodness! We had the best day ever yesterday.
All of Team Harakeke went to Flip Out on the bus! When we got there, we put our shoes by the wall. Next we went over the rules. Later I did a flip. After that, Miss Fry asked me if I wanted to do Laser Tag. I said "Yes!"
My team was the winning team! After that I was jumping on the trampoline and I jumped as high as a bird!
People were playing in the foam pit. Meanwhile, I was playing the piano!
It was the best, best, best day ever!!!!
I hope we can go again.

Flip Out by Tyler Redmond

Yesterday at Flip Out we had the best day ever!

I had the most fun in the foam pit. It was very, very cozy in there.
There were squares made out of foam, and it was quite comfy!
I was in there for the whole time - well, not the WHOLE time!
The tricks box was amazing too. People were doing flips, handstands, moonwalks and cartwheels.
The normal tramps were there as well.
Then the bus came to pick us up. Soon we arrived back at school.
What a day! We LOVED it!!!

Flip Out by Timothy Claveron

Yesterday we went to Flip Out. It was my first time going to Flip Out, so I was very excited.
When we got to Flip Out, I wanted to go in the foam pit first, but there were too many people, so I went on the trampolines.
My favourite part of Flip Out was the vintage piano because I could do most of the chords for a kids' song that has lots of jumps and skips in it, so it's very hard.
But I could play "Happy Birthday".
I also liked the foam pit because it felt like the clouds in the sky. When the bus came, we went back to school.
