Kia ora koutou

While it is a shame that we have had to move back to Alert Level 2, I would like to thank you, our learners and whānau, for how well you have all reverted back into our Alert Level 2 systems. Please continue to remind your children about the requirements that include: the need to physically distance from others where appropriate, frequent hand washing and sanitising, staying at home if we are sick, coughing and sneezing into our arms and elbows. All of our systems can be viewed here.

Thank you very much for your cooperation with the drop off and pick up requirements. Please note you are still welcome and able to come into the school but if you do you must keep a two-metre distance from adults and children and of course sign-in on our register for contact tracing, as well as using the New Zealand COVID 19 App if possible. If you don’t have to come on site, please just stay outside the gate and continue to wait, as you have already been doing so well.

We have had to postpone and cancel a number of events but have decided that a few things can continue. The Year 7 and 8 Ski trip will continue next week, if we remain at alert level 2. We have reinstated breakfast club in the mornings. Please note full alert level 2 precautions are being taken for these events.

We will be sending home our most recent contact details for all families over the coming week. Please check to see if we have the correct information listed for all contacts, including phone numbers and addresses. Please also join our school Facebook Page to access up to date information as it comes to hand!

Please be assured that we are trying to make learning as fun and engaging and as safe as possible. Thank you for your continued support.
