Garden to Table

Garden to Table has been amazing this term! There have been lots of opportunities to harvest our autumnal fruits and practise our cooking skills as we turn what we harvest into delicious kai.

Last week we harvested apples and peaches and made peach upside-down pudding. Learners also helped cut up and move some wood ready to take to the tip and did some weeding. The weeds grow so fast!
