Beginning the term with a Mihi Whakatau provided all those new to Casebrook - Te Kura Mareko, with a very warm welcome and set the scene for the term ahead. Congratulations to our Kapa Haka students for showing such passion and well done to all of our students for showing such respect during a special event.

Nominations for Board of Trustee members is now open and completed forms need to be returned to the school office by noon on Wednesday 3rd of August

In Term two Casebrook went to a Mixx (Korfball) Tournament.

On the 6th of July Emmy represented Casebrook at the Canterbury AIMS Aerobic and Dance (Funk/Hip Hop) Competition at Hornby High School.

The Sports Academy was last term.

On Wednesday 6th of July two hip hop teams went to Hornby High School to compete in the Canterbury AIMS Aerobic and Dance (Funk/Hip Hop) Competition.

Today we are interviewing Miss Rae!

On July 1st to July 3rd students participated in the 40 hour famine. We raised $6,963.

In the start of Term two the maths and science badge work started.

On the last Friday of Term 2 we had a Casebrook Challenge assembly.

Mr Duff is a temporary new teacher in Room 2 while Miss Goble is visiting her family in Canada!
