It has been great to see over 220 students participating in their sports teams enthusiastically and representing our school with REP.

Casebrook Intermediate operates a school enrolment scheme. However, Casebrook welcomes out of zone enrolments as our school capacity allows us to cater for most students interested in joining us. Enrolments close 31 August 2024.

Here at Casebrook Intermediate our students are currently diving into an exciting inquiry project on ancient civilizations. To make this project even more engaging, we want to use technology in some creative ways. Some classes are exploring stop-motion animations to bring historical scenes to life, and we're also looking into virtual reality (VR) to give students a real sense of what ancient worlds were like.

On a chilly morning, 15 excited students embarked on a fishing trip, marking the debut of a police-led community initiative.

This term, Rooms 6, 7, and 8 are collaborating on an integrated inquiry into civilisations, with hard materials, art, and food technology teachers contributing their expertise.

Our school proudly joins World Vision’s 40-Hour Challenge this year, standing together to combat climate change and aid communities in need.

Andre Hall, a 12-year-old from Room 9 at Casebrook Intermediate, will be representing Christchurch School of Gymnastics at the Queensland State Championships from June 21 to June 27.

Every Tuesday afternoon, Casebrook students head to Hagley sports grounds, and other sports facilities to participate in a variety of sports, showcasing their enthusiasm and talent.

On Wednesday, May 29th, Casebrook students took part in an exciting cross-country race around the block, divided by year and gender.

Relationship and Sexuality Education is being taught in classrooms at Te Kura Mareko Casebrook during Week 8 -10 the term.
