CAIMS Swimming

On Monday 25 March, 12 students represented Casebrook Intermediate School in swimming sports in Rolleston.
There were around 12 schools from Christchurch that came to compete in the day's event.
There was a lot of competition on the day with a lot of close placings. The main standout results from the tournament were:
Leo Chai came 1st in the 100m Individual Medley and 2nd in the 100m Freestyle and 3rd in the 50m Freestyle.
Melanie-Rose Metcalfe came 2nd in the 25m Freestyle and did the 25m kickboard and 25m Backstroke.
It was a lot of fun and we would definitely do it again!
