A standing ovation for last week's school production!
Last week, our school was buzzing with excitement as students took to the stage for this year’s much-anticipated school production, Robin Hood—and what an incredible performance it was!
The production was a true celebration of respect, excellence, and perseverance, values our students demonstrated both on and off the stage. From the moment the curtain parted to the final bow, the audience was treated to an evening of spectacular performances.
We were delighted to see so many family members, friends, and staff enjoying the production and cheering on our young stars. Your support helped make the nights a tremendous success.
We interviewed Jared and Bonnie who played Robin Hood to find out their thoughts on the production
What made you want to audition for the production?
Jared: Because I was already taking part in drama extension
Bonnie: Because I like acting and wanted to try something new
What was your highlight of being part of the production?
Jared: The costumes, props and the other cast members
Bonnie: Getting to work with other people and getting to know them better
What did you find the most challenging about being the lead actor?
Jared: I found the stage directions and lines the hardest
Bonnie: Knowing which side to exit the stage from... stage left or stage right?
