On Monday 9th May Tuakana completed their school Cross Country for 2022.

A huge thank you must go to all the parents that assisted on the day, marshalling around the course to enable an event of this magnitude to take place.

The main focus for this event was for all of the participants to set themselves a goal. Some targeted qualifying for the South Zones, others targeted completing the course, others went out to enjoy the run.

Whilst the forecast for the day was wet, the weather played its part and turned on the sun to set the students up for a great morning.

Congratulations to the following students whom have qualified to represent Te Kura o Huriawa Thorrington at the South Zones Cross Country on Wednesday 25th May.
