During Terms 4 and 1, while the weather is warmer and the sun stronger, we ask that all students wear a wide brimmed hat (no caps please) during break times, bring a water bottle to keep hydrated and apply sunscreen if they are fair skinned.

If your child forgets their hat, they will be asked to play under the verandas or shade sails. We do sell Papakōwhai School hats at the office and they are available in yellow or navy and cost $22.
