On Tuesday 15th November, 31 students represent Papakōwhai School at the Parumoana Athletics day at Adventure Park. The students were amazing throughout the day, achieving lots of personal bests. It was a super hot day as well, which we are not used to, so this added an extra challenge as the day went on.

Year 5 and 6 Girls relay team: Ava Beets, Courtney Higham, Stellar Stroud and Addyson Lilo - 3rd Place

Courtney Higham Year 5 -2nd place in 80m, 2nd place in 150m, 2nd place in 800m

Isabelle Aubrey Year 5 - 2nd place in Long jump

Jackson Crawford Year 6 - 3rd place in Vortex

Ava Beets Year 6 - 3rd place in Vortex

Charlotte Harrison Year 8 - 3rd place in 200m, 2nd place in 1500m

Ryan De Villiers Year 8 - 2nd place in Long jump, 3rd place in Vortex

Denzel Beyer-Rieger Year 8 - 3rd place in 200m, 2nd place in 1500m
