Dear Busy Bumbles families,With all the bugs that are in our community at the moment, there are lots of children absent from school and Busy Bumbles. We hope you are all doing ok.I just wanted to remind you of a few points which make the process of confirming who should be at BBs, and who is absent, a lot more efficient and safe for our staff and for your family.

• If your child will be absent from BBs, please advise the venue staff in writing. This can be via text message or email.
• Please include the first and last name of your child and confirm the date(s) and session(s) that they will be absent.
• Even if you have already advised the absence to the school please also advise the BBs staff. You can simply copy the BBs venue staff into the same email or text message.
• Our staff may need to verify your identity, if you are contacting them from a different number or email address to that which you usually use or which is saved in your Enrolmy account. Please understand that this is to ensure the safety of your child.

Our staff will confirm receipt of your absence notification and mark your child absent. For the afternoon session, we call to confirm any unnotified absences. A $10 penalty fee may be applied in cases where absence is repeatedly unnotified.The contact details for each of our BBs venues can be found on the Contact Us page of our website. A minimum of one week’s notice is required for us to remove a session from your booking without charge.
