On Saturday 7th November 2020 our community will celebrate the 10th Hororata Highland Games. We have some special offers this year to celebrate our 10th birthday. This year children under 16 years will be free! There is also an Exclusive Selwyn Residents Pre-Sale, saving 50% off general admission tickets. Meet the Candidates

Owing to the current Covid19 situation and the fact that the General Election has now been postponed Darfield Rural Women has rescheduled its "Meet the Candidates" meeting to Thursday 1st October at 7.30pm at the Darfield Recreation Centre.

Rolleston Kids Triathlon

The 2020 Rolleston Kids Triathlon is once again taking place on Sunday the 18th of October.

This event is designed for primary school aged children of the Selwyn District to take part in what is for some of them their first attempt at a triathlon (swim, bike, run). 

In 2019 we had close to 200 kids take part and we are hoping this year will be bigger and better.

It's time to celebrate Dads - and how better than to get them something a little different!
