This term as a school we are focusing on the school values - Respect and Integrity.

Respect - we are kind (to each other, ourselves and the environment) When we look at respect we are learning about:

Respect of others:

• Use our manners and speak kindly to others

• Listen to others and follow instructions from adults

Self-respect:

• Wear our uniform with pride

• Speak nicely about ourselves and to ourselves

Respect of environment:

• Look after equipment that belongs to us and others

• Look after the physical environment (inside and outside)

Integrity - we are honest

When we look at integrity we are learning about:

• Tell the truth.
• Be in the right place at the right time.
• Follow the rules even when no one is looking.

We will be talking about following rules, self-control, making good choices, being reliable and avoiding trouble.
