Mana Ake - Resources available to support our Tamariki

In this edition I would like to highlight the resources available through Mana Ake and on their website: manaake.health.nz

Mana Ake provides support to children in Canterbury, in years 1-8 at school, promoting wellbeing and positive mental health.

We can support children at school and at home and provide advice, guidance and workshops for parents, whānau and teachers.

Within their website there is a wide variety of resources to support you and your children:

If you or someone you know is having challenges in any of these areas please encourage them to view the Mana Ake website. We can also arrange Mana Ake drop in sessions when required. These sessions are one to one with a Mana Ake Kaimahi (staff member) and all discussions are confidential. These can be face to face or via zoom.
