Unfortunately so far it has been a term for illnesses! We've had reported cases of Chicken Pox, Impetigo (school sores) and Hand, Foot and Mouth amongst the usual coughs, colds and sore throats.

To minimise the spread of such illnesses and to prevent some of our more vulnerable children getting these diseases, we ask that you please be vigilant and keep your child/ren at home if they are sick or showing signs of any symptoms.  Information about these diseases can be found below on the Ministry of Health Website.  

If your child does contract something contagious, please follow the Ministry of Health guidelines and also, let the office know asap, so notification can be given to families.
