We are very excited to offer Tuning into Kids in term 2.

Tuning into Kids is a six-session programme designed for parents/ caregivers of 4-12 years old. The purpose of the programme is teaching awareness and regulation of their own emotions and their children's emotions; to use children's emotional experiences as an opportunity for closeness and teaching; skills in assisting children to verbally label and manage their emotions; skills in assisting children to problem solve; to guide children's behaviour with appropriate limits.

When?

• Lincoln Primary school: Mondays 7-9pm. Start date 16th May. You can email Sandra.keenan@ccn.health.nz to book a space
• Darfiled Primary school: Tuesdays 7-9pm. Starts 17th May. Email colleen@hpct.org.nz
