The Hero App is a one stop shop for all school information from reading your child's reports to paying your school account. If you don't have access then please contact Hannah in the office accounts@westmelton.school.nz. Read below for more information:

PAYMENTS AT THE OFFICE

From 1 January 2025 we are no longer accepting cash payments. If you are wishing to pay for something via cash, then you will need to deposit it into our bank account yourself: West Melton School: 12-3441-0011112-00 ensuring you reference your child's name.

SCHOOL ACCOUNTS

The Finance tab on your Hero App allows you to view and pay for all school activities and donations.  You have two options for making payments:

• Pay directly through the Hero App for a small fee

• Pay online to the school bank account (this can be found under the GST number)- if paying for more than one activity then just make ONE payment and reference the item codes.

TAX RECEIPTS

Hero allows you to download your end of year Tax Receipts - however you must log into Hero via the web browser not the App, to do this.  

• Click 'View All Payments'

• Select 'Donation Payments' and you should be able to select the last few years Tax Receipts.
