Some children find holidays difficult to navigate, they may like the routine of a school day. TIP: For these children plan a day ahead and let them know what's coming - ask them to help plan with you.

We know holidays can be busy and full of exciting experiences. 

TIP: Having a plan to reset bedtimes works best leading back into returning school by starting the routine again a few days before school starts rather than the night before.
