The Loft offers a free and confidential Social Emergency Response Service for those in need of social and wellbeing support.

Our Community Connectors/Kaitūhono Hapori talk to the client/tāngata whaiora about what’s happening and develop a support plan that may include referrals or information for the client to follow up on.
