Reporting to Parents

Due to COVID19 we have had to alter our timeline and tweak our processes for reporting. This is the timeline for the remainder of this term and Term 3.

“Snapshot in Time” and Draft Goal Sheet

Goal Setting sheets (draft) for Term 3 and “Snapshot in Time” (progress report) will be sent out on Thursday 2 July. Goal sheets will be in draft as a starting point for further discussion at the Ako Conversations being held early next term. More information will be sent out with these documents.

Ako Conversations (Student Led Conferences)

Ako Conversations will be held during the first two weeks of next term. The purpose is to confirm the goals for the term and discuss your child's progress. We look forward to seeing you and your child during the 15 minutes time slot.

The dates and times are as follows:

• Week 1 - Wednesday 22 July 3.30 - 6.00 pm

• Week 2 - Tuesday 28 July 3.30 - 6.00 pm

• Week 2 - Thursday 30 July 3.30 - 6.00 pm
