It has been a busy start to the year for the Eco Warriors

who have gotten the recycling and worm bins underway. The Garden Club have cleared the old plants from the vege garden, though there is still a dense forest of tomatoes that many communities are taking advantage of for mathematics (and just eating!).

The chickens returned this week (many thanks to the Sherwins for looking after them). A new coop is in the works and we will look at building them a new run later in the term.

Please remember that West Melton School is an Enviroschool and as such it is great to see so many learners arriving with litter-free lunches. Every little bit helps.
