Purpose: 

• lessen anxiety for the following year

• to begin building relationships

Transitions Week: 2- 6 December

* Three visits to the new community

• Monday, 11.20-12.30 pm

• Wednesday, 9 am -10 am

• Friday 1.40 pm - 3 pm

We would hope to get new teachers to the school on Monday and Wednesday for transition visits.

Parents will be welcome to meet and see the new community from 3-3.30 pm on the Friday visit, otherwise they can do this in the new year.
