Kia ora Busy Bumbles families,Great news! 

Bookings are now open for our exciting and engaging Term 1 2023 Holiday Programme! We have lots of cool excursions and incursions planned these holidays, including:

• A super energetic day out at Mega Air
• A camping-themed day with The Make Company where we will all make our own unique wooden tent nightlight
• A luxurious and fun day out at the Silky Otter Cinema, watching the brand new Super Mario Bros movie and munching on delicious movie popcorn
• A celebration of Kiwiana, during which we will make an adorable kiwi toy with The Make Company and enjoy a typical kiwi sausage sizzle!

We also have lots of awesome in-venue activities planned, including yummy food activities, active sports, super-fun team games and heaps of games and crafts. Your children won’t want to be anywhere else these holidays!

I have attached the Holiday Programme overview for your usual venue, which details all the fun we have planned. As always, your children are welcome to attend any Holiday Programme venue that suits you so, if you are considering booking your child/ren into a different venue, please refer to the relevant activity overview for that venue. Please be aware that some activities are being held on different days at different venues, so please look for the venue name at the top of the overview so you know which venue schedule you are looking at.

The Holiday Programme can be booked in the Enrolmy portal, by clicking here. 

As with all BBs Holiday Programmes, numbers will be limited so please do book in early, to avoid disappointment! Please be aware that if your account is in arrears, you may not be able to book this programme. 

Please note that our Holiday Programmes are handled within a separate portal in Enrolmy, called Busy Bumbles Holidays. This is to make the holiday programme experience more efficient and streamlined for you. Please ensure you read the important information below, so you are aware of how the administration of our holiday programmes has changed, especially if this is the first holiday programme you have booked in 2023. 

Important Changes to Holiday Programmes:

Making Bookings - You will need to make your very first holiday programme booking online yourself, within the Busy Bumbles Holidays portal. Once you have made your first booking, your details will flow through and the process will be straightforward after that. We encourage you to make bookings online yourself, however we are able to assist once your details are present within this new portal.

Payment in Advance - Payment in advance is now required to secure a place in our Holiday Programmes. Bookings will be cancelled if payment is not made within two hours of booking.

Payment via Credit/Debit Card Only - Payment is required via credit/debit card. If you do not have access to a credit/debit card or if your account is in credit, please contact the office during our office hours to discuss the options available to you – 03 347 3031, accounts@busybumbles.co.nz.

WINZ Customers - A 10% deposit is required to secure your place in our Holiday Programmes. Once the subsidy has been paid, a statement will be sent, detailing any shortfall. Any overpaid amount can be refunded at your request.

Updating the Safety Form - When making your first holiday programme booking, you will be prompted to review and confirm your details within the Safety Form. This is a fantastic opportunity to update any phone number, address, classroom, medical or authorised pick up details that may have become outdated. Please continue to keep your Safety Form up to date.

Walk Ins - It is essential that all bookings are made online. Bookings close for each day at 9am. It is very unlikely that we will be able to accept walk in bookings. In the event that you need care at very short notice, i.e. on the day, please call the venue you would like to book your children into to check availability. If they are fully booked with no absences, they may be able to suggest another venue that may have space. Contact details for all Busy Bumbles venues can be found on our website.
