If you are logged out of the Hero app unexpectedly on your device, please check that the time is correct on your device using http://time.is

The Hero app will only log out after 15 days of being idle. The main reason it will log out more regularly is if the time on the device is out by more than half a minute or so.

If your time is out, go to your settings and into the date and time, and check the time zone.

You can also turn the set time automatically off and then back on to see if that fixes the issue. Also, check your phone is running the latest version of the operating software.
