The Hero App is a one stop shop for all school information from reading your child's reports to paying your school account. If you don't have access then please contact Hannah in the office accounts@westmelton.school.nz. Read below for more information:
SCHOOL ACCOUNTS
The Finance tab on your Hero App allows you to view and pay for all school activities and donations. You have two options for making payments:
- Pay directly through the Hero App for a small fee
- Pay online to the school bank account (this can be found under the GST number)- if paying for more than one activity then just make ONE payment and reference the item codes.
TAX RECEIPTS
Hero allows you to download your end of year Tax Receipts - however you must log into Hero via the web browser not the App, to do this.
- Click 'View All Payments'
- Select 'Donation Payments' and you should be able to select the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 Tax Receipts.
