There are a variety of programmes and workshops available to parents/caregivers which are free to access. The content of the programmes include tamariki wellbeing, anxiety, emotional regulation and/or parenting advice.

What’s going on for my child or teen? - MHERC

Parents are invited to a series of free webinars to learn strategies to support tamariki and rangatahi to manage issues, e.g. anxiety, school avoidance. You can attend the entire series or choose specific webinars. Register here .


Triple P Parenting

Triple P Parenting is offering a new, free online course: Fear-Less Triple P Online . This course is for whānau to learn tips and ideas to help tamariki manage anxiety and become more emotionally resilient.


Tuning Into Kids - Mana Ake

These are free workshops for parents who have tamariki aged 4-12 years. They are being held in Tai Tapu in Term 4. For further information and details on how to register please see the flyer attached.
