Complaints and Queries
Complaints or queries may be directed to the class teacher, Principal or the Board of Trustees. Your starting point will be the classroom teacher.
Please do not remain silent if you have a concern, are uneasy or troubled about something at school. Problems are usually remedied easily; rumours are often ill founded; policies and practices are sometimes misunderstood; errors, shortcomings and wrongs should be corrected immediately.
Feel free to contact the office (03 325 2571) at any time to arrange to see your child’s pastoral care teacher or the Principal. Please do not leave problems until interview times.
If you wish to discuss your child’s progress with the teacher, then speak to them before or after school and arrange a suitable time for this. Always bring matters of concern to their attention straight away to enable teachers to assemble the relevant information to put you fully in the picture.
