Some idebooksas…

  • Create a Reading Routine: Set aside a specific time each day for reading, even if it’s just 15 minutes.  It can be a whole family habit as this is a great way to role model the importance of reading.

  • Connect Books to Interests: If your child loves animals, mysteries, or adventures, search for books in those themes.

  • Our library catalogue is available on our school website.  You are able to view our books by entering title, author or keyword in the search bar.  Using the ‘Quick Lists’ button towards the top of the screen, provides a large list of themes or interest areas and the books available which are associated with these.  The home page hosts a great collection of book reviews and recommendations from our librarian and students.
