As of Term 1 2026, school lunches will be available to purchase through ezlunch. Ezlunch is a member of the Kindo family. Read below for more information on how to sign up, and make lunches easy!

• Purchased items will be delivered to school prior to lunch eating time, sorted into classroom orders, and delivered to the classroom.

• It's important to make sure your child's classroom is correct, or the order might end up in the wrong place!

• Always remember to press “Submit” once you have completed your order.

• “My orders” will show all your top-ups and purchases.

• Remember the cut off time is 9am for your providers.

If your child is unwell or can't attend school, log onto Kindo, click on the order for this day, you will see a cancel button. This must be done before the provider's cut off time for orders, which is 9am.

If your child's order does not arrive as expected at their classroom, please ask them to see the office as soon as possible so we can address it and arrange for its replacement. Unfortunately, once the school lunch period or school day ends, it is much more difficult to remedy a lost order!

PROCESS TO MAKE AN ORDER

1. Download the Kindo app (remember, ezlunch is a member of the Kindo family)

2. Create your family account

   Sign up once on Kindo and add your child’s school.

3. Browse your school menu

   Choose from available meals - order for the day or the whole week in one go.

4. Pay online

   Use your Kindo Wallet, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, internet banking and more - quick and easy.

5. Lunch is delivered to school

   Clearly labelled, hot or cold, and ready to eat. You can even cancel or change your order up to 9am.
   

PROCESS TO CANCEL AN ORDER
Log in to your account.
Click Account>My orders

All confirmed upcoming orders will be displayed on this page

Click on the 3 dots of the order you wish to cancel

Click "Cancel Transaction"

Confirm "Yes"

The credited amount will be immediately applied to your account

UPDATING CLASSROOMS
The first time you place an order for the new academic year, you will be asked to provide your child's classroom details.

Please make sure this is correct, or your child's order will be delivered to the wrong space!
