All Rizz No Fizz
Switch to Water is back with a brand-new, fun filled meme driven social media campaign targeting young Kiwis. We also have a brand new ambassador onboard - dentist and rising rugby star, Christian Lio-Willie.
Sugar sweetened beverages are detrimental for our teeth and our overall health and this November NZDA will launch a new style campaign and challenge that will make switching to water more fun than ever before. The "All Rizz, No Fizz" hands challenge is all about making water the drink of choice for our young people.
This year's campaign and challenge will launch on National Oral Health Day - Wednesday 6 November 2024.
To take part in the challenge, simply:
Tape open bottles of water to your hands (or arms) and do any physical challenge.
Challenges could include anything from dancing, climbing, racing, brushing your teeth. Drink any remaining water following the activity of your choice.
Film it, and post it on:
o Chief NZDA Rizzler (@allrizznofizz) • Instagram photos and videos, or
o allrizznofizz (@allrizznofizz) | TikTok
Use the hashtag #allrizznofizz or #allrizznofizzhands
No TikTok or Instagram page? No worries, just tag us on NZDA Healthy Smiles Facebook page using the #allrizznofizz or #allrizznofizzhands. You can also send your video entries to register@nzda.org.nz. If they are too large to email, please send to that email address via a platform like Dropbox.
