Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

The Lincoln Primary School PTA are a group of keen parents and teachers who work together for the benefit of the students, parents and staff of the school.

We aim to:

- Develop social connections between home and school

- Foster social connections within the school community

- Make new families feel welcome

- Raise funds to provide the school with additional resources

Friends of the PTA

The Friends of the PTA is a list of parents/caregivers who would like to help out from time to time but do not want to commit to being a member of the PTA. Extra help may be required for individual fundraising events throughout the year and the Friends of the PTA list is used for this. As a Friend of the PTA, you would not be obliged to help out every time you are asked, and we hope that you would only offer your assistance when it suited you.

On-Going Initiatives…

• Scholastic book orders

When families order books from this great catalogue, the school receives credits which the school librarian can spend buying new books for the school library.

• Second-hand uniform shop

The PTA second-hand uniform shop sells new school hats, and second-hand uniforms. It is open every Friday during term time from 2.45pm to 3.15pm, and is located in the side of the school hall by the senior playground. Any uniform still in good order and no longer needed would be gratefully received. Items can be donated to the PTA to sell, or sold on your behalf, with 20% of the proceeds going to the PTA. All uniform items can be dropped at the uniform shop or the school office. The shop is run by Abbey Milner.

• Clothing bin

The blue clothing bin is located on Boundary Rd near the High School driveway. Any second-hand clothing or soft household goods would be greatly appreciated. The second-hand clothing bin is a great little earner for the PTA, so keep up the good work, and keep feeding our bin!

• Entertainment books

The new Entertainment Memberships are here, with exclusive offers for everything you love to do. It’s our best Membership yet, packed with amazing offers for activities, attractions, shopping, travel and all kinds of tasty treats - from cool cafes to fabulous fine dining. Excellent value for you and a great fundraiser for our school!
