Every state and state-integrated school and kura in New Zealand has a Board with elected parent representatives, a staff rep, and the Principal who manages the school in line with the Board's direction and policies.

Meetings

Meetings are usually held at 6.00pm on the Monday of the 4th and 9th weeks of each school term. Dates of upcoming meetings are on the Calendar and in the Newsletter. If you wish to contact the Board via email the address is admin@prebbleton.school.nz.

Minutes

Board meeting minutes will be available as soon as possible after they have been ratified (usually at the next meeting).

School Donation

Each year the School Board requests a donation from each family to supplement the money we receive from the Government and from fundraising. Your donation supports the extra opportunities and programmes we provide for children throughout the school.
Donation - this has been set at $180 for 1 child or $300 for 2 or more children in a family.
